[Resolved] Vodafone India — sim block request not processed for 2 days | |
Hi, i had requested for a sim block after my phone being lost on the 26.04.19 which was successfully taken over the call. The very next day we bought a new card from the vodafone store @ ₹50. After being 14 hr i called customer care to know the status of my sim and came to know that the earlier sim block request was still pending hence cannot activate new card. I asked the executive about why wasn't it done and they told we have no idea. I spoke to the senior manager and was really ridiculed by the way he spoke. While i was speaking to him he just hung up that why wasn't the sim not blocked as it could be used for some illegal activities. I have a been a customer to vodafone for 15 yrs and plus and i feel really sad if this is the kind of service it offers. I request a written answer for sim not being blocked and responsibility of vodafone if the sim was used after 26.04.19 for any illegal activity. Was this information helpful? | |

The network connectivity in Hinjewadi phase 3, Pune is very bad. There are times where you will see no network in your phone. I live in Sangria Towers and the network connectivity is so horrible over here that i had to get landline connection. Please resolve this vodafone network issue ASAP.
