Vodafone India — sim deactivation | |||
R/S, My self is Shailesh Nigam. I have purchased one post paid SIM from Vodafone store at Kalol Dist Gandhinagar Gujart with no. [protected]. The SIM was active after 2 days. I have submitted all required documents like Aadhar card, PAN card. Photo. Address proof. After one week Vodafone have stopped the service in this number. When I have contacted to the Vodafone store for same they told sim was inactive due to negative verification. When I ask why negative verification they told contact to customer care. When I contacted to customer service they told me contact to Vodafone store. I have submitted all required documents 3 times but my sim is not in active mode. This number is most important for me. Pl. Do the needful in my favour. I have tired from Vodafone team bcoz no one is suggesting what we do to start the service in same no.
