Vodafone India — sms outgoing facility blocked without cause

Vodafone has blocked my outgoing SMS facility for the number [protected] without cause leaving me stranded. I am unable to verify any information for which I have provided this number. Please help me resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please note I am an individual consumer not a telemarketer. I have already been left stranded once because I was not able to send an sms to verify my number, if this keeps happening I shall have no recourse other than claiming damage liability from Vodafone.

Updated by ap314 I am able to use the number for voice calls and have been actively using it for calls so it is not an inactive sim
