[Resolved] Vodafone India — sms service not working from prepaid mobile no | |||
No incoming or outgoing sms from prepaid mobile no. Sim replaced and multiple complaints made to phone service. Received several complaint numbers but all were closed by vodafone without any follow up. I am unable to use netbanking or other facilities. Most apathetic company. Porting to other networks also not possible as outgoing sms not going. Contacted company on twitter but received same apathetic responses with no follow up. Was this information helpful? | |||

We are facing this problem since last year, PDF of CUG numbers are protected with password and the password that we were provided is not taking it anymore "virb7117" I have tried in CAPS form/or with but the result are same, So please provide the correct password ASAP.
