[Resolved] Vodafone India — Speed Capping | |||
Hi, I'm Vishal Kumar, mobile no. [protected]. I recharged my Vodafone no. with 198 unlimited 2G internet on 3rd of June, In which speed is reduced to 40kbps after 2GB usage as every Vodafone customer knows. But after 3GB o[censored]sage the speed is again reduced to 10kbps without my knowledge. I also got a msg from Vodafone saying " Your speed has been reduced to 10kbps on reaching 3GB on your number[protected]. Recharge again to get back to normal speed." This wasn't till now that the speed will reduce to 10kbps. 198rs. for a student really worth.. So I'm really unhappy with the experience with Vodafone. I want my problem and complaint to be solved as soon as possible. Because browsing with a speed of 10kbps is just worst, useless.. Was this information helpful? | |||
