Vodafone India — Suspension of sim | |||
It got suspended without any intimation, when contacted vodafone office it was informed that i was not using sim since 2 months & has asked me to convert from prepaid to post paid - please note that i was receiving phone calls & did message on 2nd & 3rd may that means i was using the sim. As per instruction from vodaphone office relief road ahmedabad from mr. Tahir hussain i have converted the sim to post paid. When contacted customer care it was informed that it was not required to convert the sim. I request to please guide me as the only option am having is to opt for portability Was this information helpful? | |||
