[Resolved] Vodafone India — the concerned authority who called me from h.o and my bill | |||
My postpaid bill is way too much... And the concerned person who called me regarding my outstanding bill was very very rude and didn't have the decency to atleast ask me why i had not paid the bill.. I have experienced very poor customer service.. And too expensive.. I will never use vodafone postpaid and i will never suggest anyone to take vodafone number. Was this information helpful? | |||

Plus she guided me to the process of disconnecting my number ...
She told me that my outstanding bill is of 1960rs and then she will give me n.o.c and end my Vodafone connection. Now let's see if she actually does that Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
