[Resolved] Vodafone India — they charge non usage bill for the numbers which they themselves have blocked and not even suspending the number. | |
Vodafone store said they will be suspending a no on oct since i got a new no they suspended it on feb after i asked them several times to suspend it on jan. They charged 2050. I didnt had the sim with me so why should i pay the charge? My other numbers outgoing got blocked for a month they still charged 1325. I said them to suspend a no they didnot suspend it. The 2050 amount got settled at 1200 still they said i need to pay 850 more and the outgoing were still blocked. W hen i mail them they take eternity to reply and always sayd they need 3 days time ultimately i got no help from them. It is the worst customer service i have seen. No one should use vodafone.
