[Resolved] Vodafone India — they have not shut down my two numbers yet | |||
I am siddharth from lucknow, up and i have used two vodafone numbers, [protected] & [protected], for two years almost. I mailed in july 2017 to close both these numbers and made excess payment in [protected] against the bills. I received the final bills in august of 1003/- in [protected] and extra payment of 2172/- in [protected] exclusive of security deposit of rs 500/-. I have attached the images of bills and other details. Till date i have sent several reminder mails and several telephonic conversations regarding the deactivation of both these numbers with bill of [protected] to be cleared from the excess payment in the other number. However, till date in october, i am receiving monthly bills and they are putting late payment charges each month. They have not yet closed the number. This month for september bill, they have sent me bill charging 1503/- for [protected] and they have charged 118/- on [protected] by activating the number for two days in september without telling me. I have attached july bills, sept bills, emails, for your verification. Kindly do justice and ask them to close the numbers and give me noc without charging any penalty for late payment as i had made all payments in advance and the delay has been entirely from their end even after several mail reminders and telephonic conversations. Oct 13, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved they have not resolved it at all. They have instead sent me legal notice to make payment. the delay and fault is entirely from their side, yet they force me to bear all penalty charges. Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
