Vodafone India — unable to reach customer care | |||||
Mobile number: [protected] I just switched from jio to vodafone. Vodafone service is worst. Each customer care service executives are giving different information for which i had to call vodafone care multiple times. Initially i was told i had to recharge for 56 to get my sim work and i forgot the amount so i called customer care again and i was given different information that 10rs initial recharge is enough. 4g was not working in my sim initially and i was told to recharge with data packs. I did but still it didn't work for which i had to call customer care again. With no help i tried changing my sim slot and got 4g signal. Now i am unable to speak to customer care executive if i have some questions as it is blocked for me. I reached customer care using different number and again i was misinformed that they wont block it if i call 199 any number of times but not to call 198 to reach customer care. I got call back after sometime from vodafone and i informed them about the issue and they said they will unblock so that i can reach customer care. It has been 2 weeks but still i am unable to reach customer care. Vodafone is worst. I am planning to switch to jio network again. Was this information helpful? | |||||
