Vodafone India — unable to receive otp from any bank. | |||
I am unable to receive any OTP message from my Bank (ICICI) on my Vodafone number. BANK says the message request is getting triggered on their server instantly & asks to check with VODAFONE. When asked VODAFONE customer Care executive, he says to get the SIM Card upgraded (it's already upgraded to 4G 1 Year ago), when visited Service Center total waste of time. I am informed that VODAFONE cannot do anything as services are getting properly delivered to me. Now, what to stay BANK says no issue from them & VODAFONE too says no issue from them. Customer is like PUPPETS to these big companies. No one cares what the customer is going thorough. Was this information helpful? | |||
