Vodafone India — unethical prepaid recharge
Hope you can assist me here.
I have done a prepaid recharge of 399. This plan is meant to provide unlimited calls. But when i try to call to some of the toll free numbers, it says low balance and call is not getting connected. I have been facing this since more than 20 days, raised complaint to vodafone customer care and they i have to recharge another 35 to make a call to those numbers. This is really unfair trade practice. First of all i took a plan which is unlimited, then why should i make additional recharge. Very much disappointed with the service where it’s troubling customers in the form of cheating.
