[Resolved] Vodafone India — unfair balance deduction for activation of indian safari pack | |||
On 30th october 2018 at 12:14 am i received a message saying "indiansafari pack is not active on your number, as requested". They deducted rental of rs. 90 for 30 days for the same. I never requested any such pack and therefore called up customer care on 30th october at 10:41 am and told them that i didn't activate any such pack and requested them to refund my deducted balance. The lady on the other side told me to call after 4 hours as the systems were down due to a technical problem. I made the next call on 1st nov at 12:07 am and again asked them the same. The person on the other side told me that i had to call them within 24 hours to get a refund and now no refund will be possible. I asked him to connect me to his manager and when he did, i just kept hearing ringing tone and no one picked up from the other side for 10 mins and i disconnected the call. I again called up on 11th nov at 12:05 pm and requested to transfer to their manager and this time after putting me on hold for transferring the call, they disconnected the call from their side. I have called up vodafone customer care enough number of times now and hence lodging a formal complaint against them for this unfair balance deduction. I want to get full refund of rs. 90 for activation of a pack which i never requested. Was this information helpful? | |||
