Vodafone India — Unnecessary balance deduction

What is this nonsense...I just recharged my no. With rupees 30 and my whole balance that is RS 25 got deducted on the name of some dotbot service...and I am left with just 1 rupees in my balance. I never activated this service...Kindly look into it and please give back my balance which got deducted unnecessarily...Please don't just activate any service on your own without the customers prior knowledge

my is [protected] m facing network issue since august everyday m getting new date for the resolution. my no is also suspended after making all payment still my outgoings are barred
