Vodafone India — unnecessary bill generating after cancelling the services | |||
I was using the one postpaid number of Vodafone for few months ago and after a particular time period i stopped using that number but i didn't disconnected the services for that i got bill of rs. 1552/-. after some time i got a call from Vodafone and asked to settle the amount with Rs.800/- and i agreed to pay that amount and i paid it Rs.800/-. but i have asked to give me on mail with this discussion and settled amount and i have also asked to mentioned that after this amount i wont be liable to pay any amount for that particular number. but after 2 months i start getting bills from Vodafone for the same number and its 2031/-. Now they are saying you didn't disconnect the services of your number which your bill is getting generate. but for that i have a mail from Vodafone department that clearly stated that after the amount of Rs.800 i will not be liable to pay any amount on that number. I did not receive my Vodafone deposit cheque.as it didn't came to my address, once again it returned to it's original office.so please sent my deposit cheque as soon as possible.
