Vodafone India — unnecessary deductions, vas getting activated texts getting sent from my number by your system

I am writing this mail in complete anger and fury as i have had unnecessary deduction o both my numbers [protected] and[protected] since march 2017.

Every week an unnecessary vas gets activated by your system and i am charged for it simply where as my phone has been locked in my pocket and unused at that moment by me.

When i receive a text and check it i realize that some unwanted package has been activated by vodafone on both my numbers where as i have not requested for it or even activated it (At that point my phone was in my pocket and i was not even using it)

I have going through numerous deductions on [protected] some of which were not even able to be refunded.

I spoke to vodafone store manager of kalyani nagar and i was promised i won't ever face this issue 20th june onwards since i ave activated dnd on both my numbers but it seems the issues with vodafone is endless!

I activated an unlimited calling plan mrp 349 on 23 june, 2017 i also had 4g internet plan mrp 347 activated on 6 th and 18th july, 2017 i do not need to send anyone any sort of sms especially when i have access to unlimited calling and the "internet". If i need to make calls i have access to whats app messenger, skype, facebook messenger, viber and numerous other apps to text and call on international numbers!

My core balance as per the system was inr 154 on 1st july, 2017. If i have activated another unlimited calling plan on the 20th of july before the expiry of the previous calling plan which was valid until 23 july then why has there been any deductions at all in my core balance???

Why isn't my core balance the same now as it was supposed to be as of the 1st july which is inr 154???

Why is my current core balance rs 103 when i have had continuous unlimited calling plans activated without any gaps and why is it not rs 154??? (Which is what it is supposed to be!!!)

Now i am still facing an issue with my number [protected], as per speaking to yogesh from your technical team it has come to my notice that besides the unlimited calling pack/plan i had activated on 23rd june, 2017 there have been messages that are being sent from my number to a u. K. Number [protected]. I had a balance of around rs 154 on 1st july, 2017. I have not sent any text messages and only made calls since i have an unlimited calling plan hence my balance was supposed to remain the same for a month until 2oth july 2017 but it seems there have been numerous texts that have been sent to this u. K. Number without my knowledge!

I also ave an internet plan so if i need to send texts or make calls abroad i have apps like whats app, facetime, imessage, messenger, skype for all those purposes!!

Upon checking this u. K. Number on true caller it shows as apple, a vodafone uk number, i have had this same incident happen to me a year or so ago, where the system sends texts by itself to the vodafone uk number and deucts my balance because of these technical issues. This is clearly a huge fault and probem on your systems part for sending text by itself to the vodafone u. K. Number and deducting my balance for no reason!
I have attached screenshots of the smses sent, deductions and identity of the number confirming the same!

I want all of my balance from march 2017 onwards until todays date 21st july, 2017 refunded whether it is for some random vas plan which i didn't as for or even if its a text message to that unwanted vodafone uk number

Make sure u go through my balance deuctions and refund me the amount for all the texts snt to the vodafone uk number due to your system error.

If my number [protected] sim card has almost always been in my cupboard and not even inserted into a phone by me (Except once in 3 months to recharge and check my balance) then how have these vas packages been activated by that number???

I want an appropriate answer immediately!!

After speaking to ur customer care, technical department, complaint helpline 198, vodafone kalyani nagar store manager and numerous people, my issue has still not been fixed or resolved!!!

I have been told by your customer care that it is due to the mobile phone i am using and the message settings on my mobile phone (Which i have not been told which setting exactly) but if it was as such then why has this issue been persisting continuously despite me changing 3 phones as mentioned for the number [protected] (1st i was using iphone 6 plus 128 gb for some time then iphone 6 plus 64 gb for some time and now iphone 6 16 gb)

What would you say about the fact that my other number [protected] sim card has almost always been in my cupboard and not even inserted into any phone by me (Except once in 3 months in a sony xperia phone only to recharge and check my core balance) then how have these vas packages been activated on that number???

It is clearly evident it is your system issue and techincal errors in your system causing me major problems!

I shall publish this incident in all the newspapers includin times of india, indian express, pune times, etc i have all my friends working in newspapers, media, publishing houses!
I run a blog as well and so do i have several bloggers working with me, i shall expose this to the entire media so that this shall never happen to anyone again!

I will post this entire email along with the screenshot across all websites, blogs, publications to proof the inefficiency and terrible customer service provided by vodafone!

If any issue shall persist i shall file a court case against vodafone and drag you to the consumer court for fraud and consuming my money for faulty purposes and commiting identity theft and using my number to send unwanted texts to random numbers and activating unwanted random bollywood packs, value added services on both my numbers!

I have screenshots and evidence proving the same!!
