Vodafone India — Unnecessary packs getting activated | |
Hi, my account balance is getting debited for service i am not activating like dotbot, game station, deals pack and some unlimited at 30 pack. When i called customer care they say such packs are getting activated through internet usage. This doesn't seem to be the problem with other companies and why only vodafone? I am very unhappy and if this continues i will be forced to port my number. Was this information helpful? | |
