Vodafone India — unsatisfactory response | |||||
I had switched to vodafone from tata docomo almost two years ago. The moment i did that, i started having terrible network issues. Sometimes it would show zero network or no service at all. The internet wont work at all. So i had gone to vodafone store with the complaint. They said your simcard is damaged so replace it. So i did that. Nothing was resolved. The same issue persisted. So i tried everything. I called customer care so many times. I emailed them. I registered so many complaints. There was not a single time that i got a satisfactory response. So i registered a final complaint on 4th november 2017. They said it would be resolved by 10 th of november. And they called me today saying that we wont be able to solve your issues. Now vodafone proclaims to be the no.1 network in india as said by the telecom registry of india. So howcome the no.1 company in india cant solve a stupid network issue. They proclaim to be the largest network in our country and i cant access network in a major city. So i need to register a complaint against their self proclainment. They are scumbags.
