Vodafone India — unwanted deduction of balance from mobile account

Dear sir/mam-
Recently, i recharged my mobile number [protected] with a pack of rs 30 just to resume the calling services on my phone which were barred. I got a talk time of rs 39 and a validity of 28 days. Few minutes later, i got a message on my phone stating that "sports pack has been activated and rs 35 has been deducted from your account". I distinctly remember that i did not activated any vas for my number.
Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible and process a refund of rs 35 for the above mentioned number

i want to port my these number [protected] (vodafone number) to other telecom company.i tried to send message of port but failed everytime. company block the message of port. please take strict action on vodafone company.
