Vodafone India — useless customer care service | |||
I am gupta narayanaswamy one of the customer of "vodafone" having a mobile number-[[protected]] this mooring i had done a two time recharge plan of 169 where it has to my other vodafone mob no. After this mistake which is done my end, i had immediately reached to vodafone customer care office near to me is frazer town. Yes, i agree that is my mistake of doing it so. But there should be an easy way of getting it done. When i asked the executive akkmama. She replied that it is not possible to do. Then later she had called other person praveen kumar he is the person who had no customer service knowledge. He had tried to command me in front of all other people who had present thereby raising his voice towards me. When i am recharging 169 plan to my mob number why the same plan again gets recharged to the same number. And why can’t you return that recharged amount or recharge to the other number? What is the use of customer care office when they don’t have the right to give writing letter which is told to me in oral? Is that i have to hear/listen to what were they say is correct in oral and come back. Then what is the use of having your service since from 10 + years? Is this the way you treat your customer.
