[Resolved] Vodafone India — value added service activated without consent | |
I am on a postpaid connection of vodafone. Today i received the bill and 124 was added for vas. But i didn't requested for any vas. Then i received another message that "juice up pack" is active and it will be renewed on 26th and another rs 75 (For 15 days) will be added in next 15 days. I didn't even received any message on activation of service also i never requested for the activation. I have deactivated it now. But this is very bad experience. Already wrongly billed for rs 124.
