Vodafone India — value added service | |||
My number is [protected]. Today vodafone has activated value added service and deducted rs 480 from my balace. They activated game buzz pack, tv all channel pack and sufi zone. When i deactivated game buzz pack they again activated tv all channel pack and deducted rs 150 again from my balance. When i tried to contact customer care they say press 9 to contact customer care executive, i press 9 and again the same menu is coming back. I am fed up calling them. Very much unprofessionàl approach from vodafone. I need my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||

Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jan 20, 2018 Updated by rakesh vijay I tried to stop this value added service by sending STOP to 155233, they are replying with service temporarily unavailable message. Jan 21, 2018 Updated by rakesh vijay Today morning they again activated one more pack, music safari pack. This is really annoying. Very bad service from vodafone.
