Vodafone India — vas added without permission | |
Hello, I want to report a complaint against Vodafone telecom, that my phone number has been charged for Bollywood Beauties services without my knowledge. I had requested the Bollywood Beauties service to be stopped when the first time it occurred, but it has been billed again. I want the amount credited back to me. Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jul 15, 2018 Updated by Vimal_sharma Image wasn't attached with the complaint, so putting here. Jul 16, 2018 Updated by Vimal_sharma Vodafone telecom has acted upon the complaint, and has deactivated the aforesaid service. But since this wasn't caused/chosen for from my side, I want the deducted amount to be credited back to me. Also I would like all future charges on VAS be deactivated, unless asked for.  | |
