Vodafone India — vas services are being added automatically | |
Vodafone postpaid customer from last 2 months.in the last two months i've raised almost 30+ complains about vas being added automatically. My plan is for 399 and the maximum vas added was for 1499. Now calling vodafone for a waiver, is my daliy routine, as it seems i'am calling my mother-in-law's house asking them to solve my problem. It is a routine now, that i'am calling them on regular basis. Every time they say that the problem has been resolved and it will not happen again. Moments later, i see a message that the blah-blah service has been activated on your phone. Before porting into vodafone, i was a part of airtel from the last 10 years. Porting into vodafone was my biggest mistake in my life. Was this information helpful? | |
