Vodafone India — vodafone, a notorious cheater!

Vodafone has been cheating their customer for long and i am their victim again (Guess this is 4 or 5th time, i am on their list)!!

I recharged with 6rs local call cutter rate but i since i moved to different state, std charges were applicable (Which is way too high compared to what is provided by other competitive telecom operators!). I did std rate cutter to counter this. But still i am getting charged exorbitantly even after that. Called customer care for reason, instead of finding solution, made sure that he talked with me for sufficient amount of time so that '.5rs/3min' deal could drain me balance rapidly. Finally i got to know, all the previous recharges i did was not applicable to 'roaming area' i was in.
I accept that, but want to know where it is explicitly mentioned that this pack is applicable for roaming or not? (Please verify that from the screenshot attached.) as far as i know, when you buy a service, service provider is bound to provide you with complete details. But vodafone, as usual do not provide full details and charge customer for the same (Devil in details).

Vodafone team, please realizes as to why your customer count is getting reduced to the level it is now. Act before your ship goes down.
