Vodafone India — Vodafone bill discrepancy | |||||
I have taken two new connection from vodafone store vashi, at the time of buying new vodafone connection (XXXXXXX873 and XXXXXXX827) i told the staff to activate data plan on mobile no XXXXXXX873 and activate voice plan on XXXXXXX827. So instead of activating data plan on XXXXXXX873 they have activated the same on XXXXXXX827. Now vodafone is asking for the bill payment of rs 2097.76 which should not be more than rs 500. it was the staffs mistake of vodafone and why should i pay for this. My internet speed has gone down to max of 3 KB/s. When I call to customer service on 199, 198, 111 and [protected], it says "sorry, we are unable to process your request". It takes around 15 mins to download only 2 Mb of file and 3 hours to download only 35 Mb of file. Please, resolve both the issues as soon as possible.
