Vodafone India — vodafone bill waiver not given after confirmation over email from vodafone appellate section | |||
After charging me 1200 for providing 2g services and 1.6 gb data i received a mail from vodafone appelate section that rs.600 will be waived off. Now i have paid the balance amount and they are harassing me for rs.600 as well. They are asking me to visit vodafone store or not replying properly to questions asked over email.
