Vodafone India — Vodafone Charging extra on the name of CONTENT DOWNLOAD. | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam, Vodafone Bill NO: 97305102 Bill Date: 20.01.2017 Vodafone No: [protected] Vodafone Relationship No: 61563124. It has been consistently observed in many bills that Vodafone is charging extra money under "VAS - Content Download", even when I have not activated any VAS and not downloaded chargeable content. IN no event of download "Pay with Vodafone: option pops up to reconfirm" (which is mandatory for any mobile purchase). In such case how consumer will get cautioned about applicability of charges?? Vodafone customer care executive give conflicting answers and declares that charges are third party content driven and not by Vodafone. However Vodafone is charging and collecting said charges from customers. Very strange!!! Vodafone need to be more honest and transparent and avoid overcharging customers. Vodafone has charged me by activating packs such as DOTBOT etc. Without even activated myself.
