Vodafone India — Vodafone charging me in spite of cancelling services | |||
My vodafone no. [protected] which i'd requested to be cancelled during my telecon with their customer service, was not honoured. I also made the due payment on feb 18th 2017 towards the same. However, when vodafone started calling me to make payment towards the act., is when i realised that they'd not cancelled it at all. They kept asking me for payments and i kept insisting that it's been incorrectly charged and i would like to dispute it. I sent them an email, as requested for, to cancel my services on april 22nd for which i got a reply that the cancellation request will be processed within 48 hours. I again sent an email to the corporate assist team as i'm being harassed by their incessant calls. They replied saying i've been using their services and hence i will have to pay. It seems ive used the card for 3 secs in may 2017, which is a ridiculous allegation. Please help me fix this once and for all. Thanks. Was this information helpful? | |||
