Vodafone India — vodafone connection closure | |||
Hi, I submitted a request (Through phone) to close the existing connection ([protected]). I was asked to clear the bill. I paid the outstanding amount and was told that the request is in process and the connection will be closed in a week and will get a call. I didnt get any call instead the next month bill was generated. I went to the vodafone center and enquired about it and they said customer was asked to retain the connection when they called but i never got a call and didnt tell them to reatin. They said some communication problem and i need not to pay anything they are raising another ticket to close this. Surprisingly today i. E., 4th september i got a legal notice to pay the remaining amount. Below are the tickets i have raised. When i went to vodafone center, i asked to give the written proof that the connection closed. They said they dont give, only complaint no. Is enough. They are not at all ready to give in written form. Here are the ticket number i have raised. [protected] [protected] [protected] Vodafone is literally cheating their customers. Its really a mental tension for the customers. They are really troubling me since i closed the connection. Pls respond back to me with the details for the tickets i raised. Where it is blocking you to close the connection. Note: i never told that i want to retain this connection.
