My vodafone connection plan has been changed from rs. 99 to rs. 249 from feb'2019 without my consent. I repeatedly (6 times) complain to vodafone customer care. Every time they replied the complain is forwarded for continuation to old plan i. E. Rs. 99 monthly plan. Out of my three nos only two nos have been corrected but despite repeated chasing one no. Remain in rs. 249 monthly plan. If it is not corrected within 24 hours then please consider all of my three lines as mentioned below is not required and please be stopped connection and send me bill accordingly and i will pay the same. I will not be responsible any more to pay rental from next day. I am fed up with your customer care service for my last connection. Corrected mobile two connection nos.
