[Resolved] Vodafone India — vodafone deducted money unauthorized way

Vodafone deducted money from my prepaid number for showing some download. This is the way they are now cheating the people everyday. How this kind of loot will be stopped. Everytime, they say download somwthing and deducted the amount. Thry arr forcing people to take high value unlimited plan and it is completely unacceptable. Please do something for such corporate loot.

Vodafone has activated a juiceup pack with my knowledge on my number and i am not even aware of this kind of service and they are deducting my balance amount for such pack. This is happening since last 2-3 months. I need my balance back and resolve this juiceup pack issue
