Vodafone India — vodafone deducted (theft) money | |||
Ref. Mobile no. [protected] Today vodafone west bengal circle has didected rs 35 from above fone no. When we called it's customer care they denied to take any complain. They informed a value added service was activated on 9th dec. Which was not correct. We want to understand from vodafone - in prepaid service if there is not sufficient balance, how a value added service was activated? - if a service was added why a sms was not been served to customer? - why negative balance was not shown? - why vodafone wait until 18th dec for deduct mony? - why fone call/sms was not given to customer requesting to recharge? - why vodafone cannot laudge written complain and provide doc no to customer for such complain? - if vodafone don't want to take any complain than what for customer complaint no. 198? Hope will receive some satisfactory answer from vodafone. Unlike their customer care officer, they will not ignore the valued customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
