Vodafone India — vodafone disservice and false bill claims | |||||
Dear Sir, NEW BILL CLAIMS AND DISCONNECTION OF SERVICE. My vodaphone network is dead from 18th Jan 2018 on the day I left to USA. I was told that I will get only inward SMS if I remit Rs.530. I did it on 12th Jan 2018 after paying all the past dues. But the service stopped once I left India. Vodafone itself billed and took Rs.530-00 in various months., which I paid as advance for ONLY INWARD SMS Package or facility for Rs.149-00 per month. With out any service you claimed 177-00. In order to retain to retain the service. But SMS did not come. 5th May18 to 4th June 18 they made a claim of Rs.2950-00. When I repeatedly complained, the claim was cancelled, by them. Now they posted that from 5th june 18 to 4th july 18 my usage bill is Rs.1201-00. Why they are charging this dead connection that too with the disconnection for the past SIX MONTHS. I am still in USA and my letters to restore INWARD SMS scheme is not done . My main information of bank alerts, tax alerts are blocked because of this. Now they are telling my maximum limit is exceeding. How long they want to harass the customer? they are sending bills via Email or APPs and not restoring the services. I recharged my no [protected] but i couldn't get satisfying speed and my calls are dropping the speed i get is like i recharged the 2g net and the cc representative didnt response properly they said sir upgrade and change your card, i told him that i upgrade it, they said nothing more i can do.

My vodafone number[protected] was blocked for sending sms from six months before. When i asked customer care they asked me to register in TRAI. I have sent sms only to my friends. But without giving any alerts they blocked my number. how to unblock?
Mene 50 rs. ka recharge karvaya tab mera 40 rs. access fee katvaya he to ye access fee kya heee, ...isi tarah grahak ko paresan karte ho...what is access fee??????
