Vodafone India — vodafone india unauthorized activation of vas and stealing my balance... repeatedly, again n again | |
I have been a vodafone customer for 10 years and for the past 2 years, vodafone has been repeatedly stealing my money. Vodafone started stealing money from my balance by activating one or the other vas services without my knowledge. Seriously frustrating and annoying behavior Even though the customer care is closed because of covid 19 and they are unavailable to pick calls but seems like they are busy in activating vas n taking money from my balance, as if like it's their account and their hard earned money!!! I end up having no balance in my account and end up unable to make an emergency call. So damn done with vodafone How many times are you planning to test customer's patience and wait for them to make a call and yell at you??? How many times do you want me to spend my time and scold you just cuz you keep stealing my balance, like it's your wallet??? 'm so exhausted at the end of the day, just cuz of you thieves. If this is how u plan to do business in india, for god's sake... Leave already. So done with vodafone Was this information helpful? | |
