Vodafone India — vodafone indulging in unfair trade practice

On 09.12.2018 two plans of mobile talktime were activated on mobile no. [protected]. Infact the second activation was sought for a different number but Vodafone activated the second plan for the same number.
It was brought to the notice of Vodafone and the first activation was cancelled by it. Therefore it had to refund the sum of Rs. 399/-. As the payment was originally made through PAYTM It was liable to be refunded to the same.
However with an intention to wrongfully gain at the cost of the consumer, the refund was made by crediting talk time amount, which product or service was never sought.
On request the Vodafone representative flatly refused to refund the amount.
This is clearly an Unfair Trade Practice on the part of Vodafone. It is dishonest and unethical.
I need not add that it is an actionable wrong.
Vodafone must tender an unconditional apology and immediately refund the amount to the original payment method.
