Vodafone India — Vodafone issued postpaid connection on my name with fake ID

I am using one vodafone postpaid connection. about 3 months ago i received 2 more bills from vodafone and i didn't know about those numbers. but it was under my name. i went to local police station to report about it as someone else was using the connection on my name. the police told me to go to the vodafone headquarter and report the issue. i went to the vodafone headquarter and reported the same. i was been told that they will look into the issue and will let me know. again after one month i received 2 more bills from vodafone. i decided not to do anything as neither the vodafone nor the police were interested. after few days one person came to my home and said that he is from vodafone and has come to collect the due amount. i told him the same thing and he showed me the document which was used for those two numbers and said that its not possible that postpaid sim can be activated without verification. when i looked at the document, i saw that everything in the document is same, except my photo. i then showed him my original document and asked him that how is it possible that someone gave you a fake ID and you are saying that you guys have done home verification. he then spoke to the manager regarding the same and then apologized for the incovinience and left. and now vodafone has barred my existing number [protected]. i called the customer care to know the reason. the customer care guy told me that i need to pay the bill. i told him that i have paid the bill before the due date. but then he told me that there are two more numbers in your name and you need to pay bills for those two numbers and then they will activate outgoing on this number. i told him the whole story and again that guy was arguing with me that postpaid bills cannot be activated without the home verification. i knew that arguing with the customer care guy will make no difference so i disconnected the call. now i want to sue vodafone as i am facing issue without any reason. and vodafone has issued a postpaid connection to someone without doing the home verification and even after reporting the incidence to vodafone they didnt took any action and barred outgoing calls from my number.

Both no.bill details are extra generated in this month bcz it's not good, so I can't pay bcz it's too enough, so, pls just check again thn I hv pay my original bill, otherwise I can't so just check again & generate my bill again, u can also call me on-[protected] regarding this complaint
