Vodafone India — vodafone not deactivating my postpaid number | |
1. I deactivated my number in august 2017 and also got a confirmation from vodafone for the same 2. April 2018 they reactivated my number stating it was active under corporate category. I am being asked to pay for the services i dint even use. 3. After following up with vodafone customer care, they seem very confused about the whole thing and different representatives send me different resolutions and keep calling every day. 4. When i asked to loop in the manager i was kept on hold indefinitely. This is nothing but looting customer. Asking for payments for services i dint even use and keeping my number active in a category i dint even ask. Very exploitative. Was this information helpful? | |
