I had vodafone postpaid sim. I changed this vodafone postpaid sim into a prepaid sim in oct 2016. Since then vodafone has not yet returned my security money. My the then sim was [protected]. I had done a recharge of 199rupees on March 1 2018 through the Vodafone mobile app.I had done my payment through BHIM upi, but even after the money got debited from my account, recharge was not done for my number.I even didn't get the sms or mail regarding it.
Please look into my case and do the needful.
