Vodafone India — vodafone not taking deactivation requests in the first time (will do after 3 or 4 attempts) | |
I called Vodafone customer care and requested them to deactivate my postpaid connection, the person told it will be done in 7 working days. But after 3 months Still I was continuously getting bills and logged a chat request and received the request id for cancelleation. Vodafone dont want to loose the money through the bills and wont respond/deactivate connections. Otherwise Vodafone lawyer (told like that not sure) they said they are currently in court and will file a pana mosadi (tamil) which is money cheating case before 12:30 PM if the bill is not paid. Finally I ended up in Store (Taking half day leave in office) to pay the outstanding amount 1924 (which I have not used). Vodafone please dont take money from your customers for the service which they have not used. This is my humble request and I have been your customer for more than 10 years.
