Vodafone India — vodafone raised fake bill after porting the number | |||
I had ported my vodafone postpaid mobile no. I. E. [protected] to jio in the month of march, 2018 after clearing the entire bill amount. Thereby the vodafone approved the porting request send by the jio company and finally my no. Was port in jio company. But after passing the 3 months approximately, the jio company suspended my services without giving any notice to me by saying that the vodafone company send us a request for the same as a bill amounting rs. 202.00 is pending at my end. But the vodafone is not providing the bill for that particular amount. This is just a harassment to the customer. And my basic reason to port from vodafone to jio is only due to fake bills raised by vodafone company. Was this information helpful? | |||
