Vodafone India — vodafone - rude behaviour of customer care executive | |||
Sir, I have ported my no to vodafone. As vodafone gives good offers for calling ang internet services thats why i switched to voda. But i am not getting any messages for offers even *121# is telling general offers. I called customer care executive ms. Sadhna, she told me that she has forwarded my request and i will get messages of offers soon. After that i came to know that she never forwarded my request. I waited for olmost 3-4 days nut i dint get any offers. Then i called again and again and then i talked to ms. Jyoti as executive. She was overly rude to me and said she cant help me and she cant do anything for me its not her job. She was very loud and mishaving. She had no manners. I requested to talk to senior supervisor but she refused. I think it is my mistake to switch in vodafone. Thats why people told me to port to airtel now i finally understood. I m deeply regretting my deed. Its the worst network ever and even customer care service is so poor. Plz never take vodafone services. I laugh everytime when i see their slogan happy to help you.
