[Resolved] Vodafone India — vodafone tv all channel pack subscription without permission | |||||
Dear sir I am a subscriber of vodafone mob no [protected]. On 9th november 2018, i received an sms saying i was charged rs. 35/- for vodafone tv all channel pack for my mobile no [protected] which was not requested by me. Today at about 8:53 am i have received another sms advising me that an amount of rs. 150/- has been debited from my balance towards vodafone tv all channel pack which again was not requested by me. Kindly note that these services are being forcibly put on me without even requesting for the same. Despite my advising that i am not interested in these services and without my permission services are being activated. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
