Vodafone India — vodafone mobile shield insurance claim. | |||||
My phone one plus 3t screen turned purple and black all of sudden.and I put a claim with mobile shield with all proper document.in Initial claim form I mentioned that though phone fell while being taken out from pent pocket but not at all damaged but after few hours screen started turning purple and within short time turned full black. Then they sent prefilleded form and mentioned" pent se phone for a aur damage ho gaya" They rejected claim citing reason of Reason : Loss reported is caused due to incorrect storage, poor care & maintenance, improper handling, careless use of the device by the customer, hence the claim is not payable. There after they have stonewalled themselves. No response to my emails, calls kept on hold then disconnected. I paid premium for 13 months and first claim rejected outright . Vodafone says we are not concerned with it as it's only a tie up. Was this information helpful? | |||||
