Vodafone India — Without notice outgoing call & internet barred | |||
I am postpaid Mobile user . I sent a message to 199 to activate internet plan 650FU to Vodafone on 08/04/[protected]@ 07:35AM. After one minute later I got a message at 07:36AM that your request for activation has been registered. The pack will be activated in 30Minute.You will receive confirmation SMS once request is processed. After three hour I started my Internet .On 07:AM on 10/04/2016 I checked my account about unbilled I shocked to see my unbilled amount 2385.72Rs. Before this date it was null. I called to 198 to solve my problem .she told me that we can not help at this time .we will solve this problem after bill generated on 23/04/2016. I tried by other number to active my services . customer care reply me that your problem will be solved but due to technical problem can not solve .we will solve problem shortly. I have suffered for 20 days .I have no fault & I called [protected] several times. I paid all bill properly before bill time . Was this information helpful? | |||
