explanation of wrong billing from your end :-
1) Data pack of Rs.299 was include in my previous Rental Plan Rs.399 which was active in the month of sep 2016.
2) Rental of Rs. 399 was changed in Nov-16 to Rental plan 99/-
3) No any data pack mention in bill from Nov-16.
4) If customer had changed the basic rental plan, so but obvious the previous plans facilities are not continue with New Rental Plan.
5) Data was changed in my bill without intimation of SMS & email to me for confirmation.

so please look into matter & do the needful regarding reversal of 299 & service tax amount.
Follow up with your team from 12th Jan 17.
