Vodafone India — Wrong information given just to trap the MNP customers | |||||
I am an airtel corporate customer. I decided to port to another network for the reason that i found airtel expensive now a days as compared to its own prepaid plans. I contacted vodafone customer care and talked to mr. Rohit. He offered a plan of rs. 329 with unlimited calling and unlimited data with 2gb high speed 4g data for lifetime billed per month. I agreed, executive hence came to my home the same day. To my surprise, the executive informed that they r offering 2 gb data only for 3 months, and hence i called back the customer care and tried to confirm again the bill plan. Another surprise came my way, this time a lady with name neha told me that only 1 gb is offered in this plan. Three personnel from the same company with three different sayings. I was shocked. After 5 min. Another call came from vodafone and expressed apology and said that it was executive mistake. So i asked once again about the plan. This time, the same plan became of rs. 349. What the # these vodafone people do. I was furious but felt laughing on their reponses. Totally unprofessional, foolish customer care service. Vodafone... Red plans launch kiye the naaa...
