Vodafone India — wrong number recharge reversal rupee 199 | |||
Dear sir, Kindly consider the following stated matter, and do the need-full. 1. Recharge date and time :21/04/18 7:51am 2. Recharge amount :199 3. Correct number : [protected] 4. Wrong number : [protected] 5. Website from where recharge was done :freecharge.in (Vodafone prepaid txn# onr[protected] 6. Alternate contact number [protected] 7. Problem - already unlimited recharge exists on a number (4 above) and another recharge done by mistake while needed on another number (3 above) 7. Free charge said they can't do anything as vodafone don't allow them reversal. Contacted vodafone customer care 1s person checked that issue acknowledged & transfer to senior but my balance got reduce to 0 and after racharge also not able to reach to customer care number it loops in ivr menu options even after selecting talk to customer care executive. I have even tried to reach through twitter handle there was just assurity issue get resolved. But till now i have not received any callback or issue resolution.
