I had activated international roaming on my number [protected] on october 12 2019. After coming back from my vacation, i sent a deactivate request on october 21 2019.
Despite the request, i was being charged for international roaming every month.in the month of february i resent the request and got a message saying the service is already deactive on my mobile number. Hence, i called on customer care and was assured by the executive that he will deactivate the service on my phone. Request number: 4-[protected] & 4-[protected].
I reached out to vodafone customer care and the executive informed me that his team will get back to me once i send the screenshot of the messages i received on email to vodafone. I did and no one responded. I reached out to cc team on twitter and they said their executive will get in touch. It's been over 4-5 days no one called and now they've stopped replying too. I finally called vodafone care again may 10 againand was told that the executive will raise a waiver request. I will get the request number post the call but that was again a lie because no request was made. I checked the same by calling again on may 11. I was also informed that i won't get the waiver despite of being wrongfully charged.
