[Resolved] Vodafone India — wrongly charged for data on [protected] | |||
I downloaded vodafone app and was free gift of 1gb data which was activated automatically. After sometime i got a message that your bill for current cycle is 2000+ for the data used above 1 gb. Then i got a message that my call service will be interrupted. All these happened because i downloaded vodafone app. I didn't requested for free gift and they have not reinstated my original plan instead they continued high speed to charge me wrongly. Now they are not supporting as bill is not generated yet which will generate only after a month this is as per my discussion with customer service team, mail team and chat team. This is mental harassment and vodafone seems to be enjoying this loot of our hard earned money. Was this information helpful? | |||
Nov 15, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Please don't mark this as resolved it is demotivating us, company has not taken any step instead they are saying let the bill get generated after a month. While they are continuously increasing my bill amount. I expect you to help and not resolve the problem with out escalating. I have created a document of messages i have received and chat with Vodafone executive on this issue. Let me know how to forward th document. Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
